EDIT on 11 Nov 08, 08:20a: This is actually true. BMW is holding an event at the adjacent property and Bon Jovi is performing. They aren't even staying the entire day, though.

I don't know what wayfairers are (and neither spell-check), but it definitely explains the tight rolled jeans and my "Please Hammer Don't Hurt 'Em" album on a loop.
